This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the types of Personal Information (as defined below) that Old Fields Plantation, LLC (“Old Fields,” “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, how we use it, how and when we share it, and the rights you have with respect to your information. It also explains how we communicate with you and how you can make inquiries and requests to us about your information. We strive to help you understand how we use your information to improve our products, Services, marketing, and interactions with you, as part of our commitment to maintaining your trust.

This Policy also applies when you use or access our website and its subdomains or portals (the “Site”), the Field Trial Reporter mobile application (the “App”), or otherwise provide Personal Information or interact with us online. For the purpose of this Policy, “Personal Information” means any personal information relating to an identified or identifiable individual that is protected by applicable privacy laws.
We refer to the Site, the App, and all related services we provide to our customers as “Services.” Our Services are used by our customers (“Customers”) and individuals who visit our Site or App (“Users”). By using the Services offered through the Site, you agree to our Terms of Use.
Where applicable, we indicate whether and why you must provide us with your Personal Information, as well as the consequences of failing to do so. If you do not provide Personal Information when requested, you may not be able to benefit from certain features of the Services if that information is necessary to provide you with the Services or if we are legally required to collect it.

II. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
This section describes the information we collect from you when you use our Site, App, or Services. Your decision to provide Personal Information is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide certain requested information, you may not be able to access all features of the Services.
- Information That You Provide Us
As you interact with our Site, App, or Services, we may collect certain Personal Information via webforms, inputs/uploads on our Site or App, and through telephone calls, letters, emails and other communications with you, including contact information such as your first and last name, email address, job title, business or home address, shipping address, telephone numbers, mobile numbers, and, in the case of Customers, financial information such as credit card or debit card numbers, bank account information, and payment, service, or purchase history.
- Information That Is Automatically Collected
We and our service providers may automatically collect certain information when you visit or interact with the Site, App, or Services (“Usage Information”). This information may be collected from your device, including computers, tablets, mobile phones, or other devices (“Devices”).

Some Services may include features that rely on real-time location information (“Location-Based Services”). When you use these features, we may collect and store your location at that time. Location information may come from GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or other technologies depending on your device. You may disable location features in your device settings, but doing so may limit or disable certain Services or features.
- Information Collected from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party services that interact with the Site or App, including social media platforms, analytics providers, and marketing services. These third parties may use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Site, App, or Services. We do not control how third parties collect or use your information and encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand their practices.
III. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

We do not share these identifiers with third parties except as necessary to provide or improve our Services, comply with legal obligations, or for advertising purposes in accordance with your consent.

IV. HOW TO OPT OUT OF INFORMATION COLLECTION
- Uninstalling App
You are always free to opt out from future collection of Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy by uninstalling the App from each of your computing devices and discontinuing use of the Site.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Most web browsers and mobile devices allow you to manage or disable cookies and similar tracking technologies. You can adjust your settings to receive notifications when a cookie is sent or to block cookies entirely. Please note that if you reject or disable cookies, certain features of the Site or App may not function properly. - Do Not Track
Your browser or mobile device may offer you a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) option, which allows you to signal to operators of websites and web applications and Services (including behavioral advertising Services) that you do not wish such operators to track certain of your online activities over time and across different websites and platforms. There is no universally agreed-upon standard for what an organization should do when it detects a DNT signal. Currently, we do not monitor or take any action with respect to these signals or other mechanisms.
- Location and Mobile Permissions
For the App, you may control access to location services, push notifications, camera, microphone, or other device permissions through your device settings. Disabling these permissions may limit or prevent certain features of the App from functioning.
- Communication Preferences
With your consent, we may send communications via email, push notifications, or other channels. These communications may include updates, promotions, or other content. You may opt out of such communications at any time by unsubscribing through links provided in emails, adjusting your device settings for push notifications, or contacting us via the Contact Us section below.
- Security
We implement reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect your Personal Information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you have received a password or other authentication credentials to access the Site or App, you are responsible for keeping them confidential. VII. HOW WE RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION
We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Information only to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers or those of our third-party data storage providers.
We have implemented measures intended to ensure that we will not retain your personal data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Note, however, that if we have a legitimate interest in retaining the data, or if we are required to do so by applicable law, we will retain the data in accordance with our data retention plans and policies.
In some circumstances we may choose to anonymize your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
When deciding how long to keep your information, we consider:
- How long we have had a relationship with you or provided our Services to you;
- Whether we are subject to any legal obligations (e.g., any laws that require us to keep transaction records for a certain period of time before we can delete them); and
- Whether we have taken any legal positions (e.g., in connection with any statutes of limitation).
Rather than delete your data, we might de-identify it by removing identifying details.
VIII. APP-SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES
The App collects certain information from users to provide, improve, and personalize the Services. This includes identifiers such as device IDs, IP addresses, and other unique device information; contact information that you provide when creating an account or interacting with us, such as your name and email address; and usage data reflecting how you engage with the App, including screens visited and features used. The App may also collect optional location information if you enable location-based features, and diagnostic or analytics information to monitor performance, detect errors, and understand usage trends.
We may collect information for advertising and tracking purposes, including interactions with ads or emails, to deliver relevant content and measure the effectiveness of promotional campaigns. This information is used to provide and improve the App, communicate with you regarding your account, updates, or promotions, analyze usage trends, enable push notifications and location-based services where enabled, prevent unauthorized activity, and comply with legal obligations.
You may control the collection and use of certain information by disabling location services, push notifications, or device tracking through your device settings, and you may opt out of targeted advertising through your device or Apple privacy settings.
The App might include in-app purchases. In-app purchases may be made only upon entering the app store password and you are responsible for maintaining the security of such password. You should be aware of the 20-minute window after the downloading of the App, during which in-app purchases may be made without inserting an in-app store password. You should also take into account that some operating systems on mobile phones do not require entering of the app store account password to carry out in-app purchases.
IX. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Site, App, and Services are not directed at children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect or receive Personal Information from them or sell or share such information. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 16, we will take all reasonable steps to delete the information as soon as possible. If you believe that we have received Personal Information from a child under the age of 16, you may contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below to request deletion of that information.
X. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post all changes to this Privacy Policy on this page and will indicate at the top of the page the modified notice’s effective date. We therefore encourage you to refer to this page on an ongoing basis so that you are aware of our current privacy notice. If required by the applicable law, we will notify you of the changes. By continuing to use the Site and/or the Services or providing us with information following such a replacement Policy being uploaded, you agree that you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Privacy Policy as changed.
